Soft, delicious and really easy to make. This quick bread is great for dipping into curries, making sandwiches and even pizza!
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup taziki or plain greek yougurt
1 tsp salt
Add all your ingredients to bowl and mix just until you have a soft, sticky dough.
This is a no knead bread. Just allow it to rest in the bowl, covered for about 15 minutes.
Split the dough into 8 equal size portions.
Flour a surface generously and roll out a portion of the dough.
Heat a cast iron or any large enough pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil.
Cook your naan until it is golden on both sides.
Cover your cooked bread to keep it warm while finishing the rest of the dough.
